I bet lots of you have had this problem over and over again: having saved a page on your computer but not being able to find it when looking for it on another computer.
"Delicious" is the perfect solution for all of us. Bookmarking our pages is as easy as creating your account (just as creating a new email adress).

Search engines

What's your home page? I could bet that most of you have Google as your home page and I'm not advertising the page. It's just that people have become so dependent on search engines that we use it every single time we surf the net. They're so helpful when wanting to investigate and find accurate information about ant topic.

First week reflections

Wow, well I have to say that I'm really surprised to see how easy it is to create a blog and to post our thoughts and ideas. It's important for us as teachers to be updated and willing to learn and use these new tools. Our students will appreciate it!

Online teaching

It's amazing how much technology can influence the way we teach and learn. The use of technology is an ever-increasing part of the English language classroom. We are developing new and exciting means of integrating language, writing, and literature with innovative technologies like using this blog. I just can't stop thinking about all the possible activities I can create in my classes with my students.
It could also be a learning experience for the younger students. They usually use the internet to chat with their friends, watch videos and download music. What about all the things they can learn?
